The purpose of the report is to list and summarise the subsidy schemes for fossil fuels in domestic heating systems in force in the EU-27 and the United Kingdom as of 30 November 2020.
In some cases, where federal incentives exist in addition to central incentives (e.g.: Spain, Austria, ect.), the analysis was also carried out at the local level.
The analysis takes into account incentives by type (soft loans, grants or tax reduction schemes), and technologies (gas boilers, etc).
