The European Commission has issued a proposal to revise the EU Energy Labelling Directive, which we welcome. The current EU Energy Label is a well recognised European symbol. However, it needs a revision in order to continue playing a significant in for pulling up the market towards more efficient products, while delivering energy savings and providing robust information to consumers.
