Electronics giants Philips, Electrolux and the Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group are calling on Europe to ensure products are designed more sustainably to help combat climate change and help businesses and consumers save billions of euros with the help of ecodesign. In a statement with the Coolproducts coalition, the companies called on the European Commission to speed up the Ecodesign regulations and to make them more effective.
